To secure your party date a $25.00 deposit is required within 48 hours of booking. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your party or the 10 sign minimum of $27 or more is not meet.
October, November and December parties will be $50.00 deposit due to high demand.
Private parties held at Farm Table in O'fallon M to Th will NOT be refunded $25. Also at Farm Table, Friday, Saturday and Sunday it is $50 not refunded or $5 per project. It is the cost to have the event in their space.
Private parties held at LAKE STL MEADOWS (OLIVE TREE) is $7 per project to have a private party there. It is the cost to have the event in their space.
In the event your workshop is canceled, guests that purchased a sign under your party will be given the option of receiving their sign as a take-and-make or getting store credit. Again your deposit is non-refundable and can not be used towards signs if the party turns into a take and make party (a take and make party is a non-instructed party).
You will have a choice of receiving your deposit back on the day of the party or using it as a sign credit.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will allow one reschedule.
